Due to being made redundant & therefore my personal pensions had no trustees, I found it very difficult to get advice & help in the minefield that is pensions. No one wanted to know as there was no money in it for them, until I asked at my local Halifax branch who put me in touch with Bank of Scotland. And although Bank of Scotland earned only a little fee by helping me, their service, advice and help was excellent. And I would not hesitate to recommend them.
