This will help them to train their staff and improve their service to you. A recording will only be used under proper and careful supervision. The customer service help line is available Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Calls from BT landlines will cost a maximum of 4p per minute. The price of calls from other telephone companies will vary and you might want to check this with your own telephone company. Call prices were correct as at September 2006.
Complaints
The aim is at all times to provide you with an excellent service. However, if you are unhappy with the service for any reason, please contact the customer service help line by telephone on 0845 124 1404. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which each party submits.
