Wouldn’t it be great if we all had a crystal ball, or at least access to one. It would make decision making so much easier. Consider the current situation; we have progress in America; hopefully the rescue plan will be sanctioned and then the stockmarkets will rally a bit. Or will they? I need that crystal ball again.
There are a huge amount of people out there waiting for something positive. Why? So they might see a swift increase in the value of their pension funds. When they do, they will probably decide to take the money, so to speak, and buy their pension annuity, their retirement income.
Will their timing be right? Will stockmarkets improve further? Might they fall back again? Are annuity rates going to fall shortly?
